(1917-2001) Colonel Barber is the man who, on 18 April 1943, at great risk to himself, shot down the bomber carrying Admiral of the Japanese Fleet, and architect of the Pearl Harbor raid, Isoruko Yamamoto. He went on to a distinguished career in the Air Force, collecting a number of Air Medals, two Silver Stars and a Navy Cross along the way. This item is a signed 8x10 composite b/w cardstock photo.
